This role is focused on building and amplifying the digital presence of a leading tech services organization and its executive leadership within the US B2B technology ecosystem. You will be responsible for shaping social media strategies, creating high-impact content, and driving meaningful community engagement across multiple platforms. The position blends creativity, analytics, and digital strategy, requiring someone who can translate complex technical topics into compelling narratives that resonate with professional audiences. You will also collaborate closely with growth marketing teams, supporting digital campaigns and HubSpot-based initiatives. This is a highly dynamic, remote-first environment where experimentation, ownership, and performance tracking are essential. The role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, community building, and data-driven storytelling in a fast-paced, international context.
- Manage and grow social media presence for both the organization and executive leadership across key platforms.
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Plan, create, schedule, and optimize content tailored to different channels such as LinkedIn and X.
- Identify and explore opportunities on emerging platforms to expand reach and engagement.
- Actively manage online communities by engaging with comments, messages, and mentions.
- Foster meaningful conversations within the B2B tech ecosystem and manage online reputation.
- Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy that translates technical concepts into accessible messaging.
- Support the creation and coordination of visual and multimedia content.
- Monitor performance metrics and produce reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
- Assist in digital marketing execution within HubSpot, including workflows, campaigns, and reporting dashboards.
- Proven experience in Social Media and Community Management, ideally within B2B tech or US-focused markets.
- Experience managing personal branding or executive-level social media accounts (e.g., CEO profiles).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to develop and execute content strategies across multiple platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking engagement, growth, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media ecosystems.
- Experience managing LinkedIn paid media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and platform dynamics.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and additional paid media platforms is a plus.
