Here's What You Need
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree Nursing Required
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing Upon hire Preferred
- 1 Year Experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program Required
- 1 year of Mom/Baby experience is preferred
- RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required and
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required
- NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days Required
Skills
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
