Position Summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a hybrid Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to elevate our digital presence, deepen customer engagement, and strengthen brand trust across all social platforms. In this role, you will own the end-to-end organic social and influencer strategy, shape our organic digital brand footprint, and translate business priorities into compelling platform-native storytelling that drives measurable pipeline impact. This role is critical in connecting organic social performance to broader digital ecosystem outcomes that include SEO authority, AI-driven discoverability, and demand generation with lead & RMR revenue targets.

You will blend creativity with analytics and insights to optimize our social media channels and develop high-performing channel-first content and influencer partnerships. You will play a key role in influencing how organic social and content signals contribute to search rankings, AI model visibility, and content discoverability, ultimately driving qualified leads, supporting sales pipeline, and contributing to closed revenue and recurring monthly revenue (RMR) targets. This role is ideal for a digitally savvy marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how content, community, and data work together to drive business growth.

*The in-office expectation for this role would be one day a week, twice a month at minimum - role would be base out of our Company Headquarters in King of Prussia, PA*

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategy & Channel Ownership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media and influencer strategy for Culligan Quench channels, aligned with Culligan Global brand standards and business priorities, with a focus on driving qualified traffic, lead generation, and contribution to revenue and RMR targets
  • Act as lead Culligan Quench liaison with global social media and influencer marketing team to provide content needs, provide feedback and partner to execute relevant campaigns and influencer activations
  • Outline channel priorities and build specific strategies for key channels including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and Facebook optimizing content and cadence by platform behavior and discoverability signals that influence SEO and AI search ecosystems
  • Build and maintain an editorial process and content calendar grounded in core content pillars (water in the workplace, service model education, customer stories, technician voice, brand trust) that supports full-funnel demand generation

Content Creation & Production

  • Create, publish, and optimize high quality organic content with a strong emphasis on short and longform video designed to increase engagement, search visibility, and conversion
  • Work with external agency and creative partners to produce social video and photo shoots, including in-office executive, technician, and brand content and customer testimonial profiles
  • Partner with Content Marketing and global Culligan Marketing CoE to repurpose influencer, blog, PR, and campaign content for maximum social reach and offsite SEO impact
  • Develop and scale UGC programs, including sourcing, curating, and amplifying customer and creator content to improve authenticity, engagement, and downstream conversion performance
  • Manage and ghostwrite executive leadership social profiles, crafting authentic content in each leader’s voice that reflects active business priorities and thought leadership, enhancing brand authority and search relevance
  • Train and enable internal teams and field employees to confidently represent the brand on social platforms

Community Management & Service Engagement

  • Act as the primary community manager across social platforms and third-party review sites (Google Business Profiles, Trustpilot, BBB, Reddit, social comments)
  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to customer feedback, questions, and complaints to protect brand reputation and build trust, while identifying opportunities to convert engagement into leads
  • Develop escalation and response frameworks in partnership with CX, Legal, and PR for sensitive or high-risk issues
  • Own and scale the customer review program, including platform strategy, content amplification, and recurring internal training sessions
  • Manage the service lead and technician engagement program, working cross functionally to activate frontline teams as community participants and advocates, supporting lead generation and trust signals

Analytics, Listening & Optimization

  • Analyze organic performance using Sprout Social, spreadsheets, and platform native analytics to drive data informed optimization, with a focus on engagement, traffic, lead conversion, and revenue contribution
  • Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis to surface customer insights, content opportunities, and reputational risks
  • Regularly test and refine content formats, hooks, and posting strategies to improve engagement, site traffic, and lead quality
  • Report insights back to Marketing, PR, SEO, and Product teams to inform broader initiatives, including search performance and pipeline growth

Cross Functional Collaboration & PR Support

  • Collaborate with Growth/Performance Marketing to ensure organic and paid social strategies are aligned to maximize demand generation and revenue impact
  • Partner with Culligan PR to amplify announcements and campaigns via PRweb and social first storytelling

Skills:

  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of major social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, X, Pinterest), including algorithms, content formats, and audience behaviors
  • Content Creation: Strong ability to create engaging multimedia content (video, reels, short-form, graphics, copywriting) optimized for each platform and for discoverability across search and AI-driven channels. Proficiency in Canva and CapCut required.
  • Influencer Marketing: Experience liasing directly with influencers and creators on behalf of a brand, managing contracts and content review process, and briefing agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Community Management: Experience managing online communities, responding to customer interactions, and turning engagement into qualified leads and brand advocacy
  • Social Analytics & Tools: Proficiency with tools including Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and native analytics; ability to connect social performance to website traffic, lead generation, and revenue outcomes
  • Social Listening & Sentiment Analysis: Skilled at identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through monitoring tools and community feedback
  • SEO & AI Discoverability: Strong understanding of how organic social signals (engagement, shares, backlinks, brand mentions) influence SEO performance and emerging AI search models, contributing to increased visibility and demand generation
  • Editorial & Storytelling Skills: Exceptional writing and storytelling ability, including executive voice development and brand tone consistency
  • Influencer, UGC & Advocacy Programs: Experience managing influencer campaigns, UGC creators/agencies, employee advocacy initiatives, and brand ambassador programs
  • Revenue & Funnel Acumen: Understanding of how social media contributes to full-funnel marketing, including awareness, consideration, lead generation, and closed revenue/RMR impact
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, coordinate cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmeny

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a Social Media related field
  • 4–7+ years of experience in social media management or community management roles
  • Proven track record of building and growing social media audiences and engagement across multiple platforms, with demonstrated impact on lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Hands-on experience creating and executing content strategies, including video-first and short-form content
  • Demonstrated experience launching and managing UGC programs or working with UGC/creator agencies to scale authentic content production
  • Experience leveraging social media to support SEO performance, digital discoverability, and emerging AI-driven search environments
  • Experience managing brand reputation and customer interactions across social and review platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights, including traffic, leads, and conversion rates
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including PR, Customer Experience, Performance Marketing, and SEO
  • Strong understanding of how marketing efforts contribute to revenue outcomes, including lead generation, sales pipeline, and recurring monthly revenue (RMR) targets
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns simultaneously
