We are looking for a 1st shift Welder to join both our Little Chute and Appleton, WI locations. If you have TIG/MIG/Robotic experience and enjoy working with your hands, this could be a great position for you.

Responsibilities
- Lay out, position, and secure parts and assemblies according to specifications, using straightedge, combination square, calipers, and rulerObserve tests on welded surfaces, such as hydrostatic, x-ray, and dimension tolerance Develops templates or tooling and other work aids to hold and align parts. Determines required equipment and welding methods, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques. Examining finished products and spare parts and comparing them with samples to check whether the specifications are met.Inspects grooves, angles, or gap allowances, using measuring instrumentswelding metal, such as fusing metal segments, using gas tungsten arc, metal arc, flux-cored arc, plasma arc, and other types of welding arcs
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in TIG, MIG, and Tack-weld (TIG welding preferred)Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership teamPersonal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the missionAbility to weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.Lift objects up to 50 pounds throughout the dayWear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Reading blueprints and performing all necessary measurements
