Fulton is seeking an Integration & Automation Developer to join our Integration & Automation team. This team builds and supports the integrations and automated processes that connect Fulton's internal and external systems, enabling seamless data flow and reducing manual effort across the organization. The team primarily uses Boomi (iPaaS) for system integrations and API development, and UiPath for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), along with emerging tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.

This is a hands-on, low-code development role. The selected candidate will work closely with aligned business teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and build reliable integrations and automations following established development standards and SDLC practices. Associate-level developers will work alongside senior developers to build their skills and grow into more complex work over time.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and support data integrations and APIs between internal and external systems using the Boomi integration platform.
  • Build, test, and maintain automated business processes using UiPath (RPA), including working with Orchestrator, queues, assets, and the REFramework.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and aligned teams to gather requirements, clarify scope, and identify appropriate solutions for integration and automation needs.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and the team's promotion process to ensure quality and traceability of all changes moving to production.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including solution design documents (SDDs) and promotion documents.
  • Deploy and test solutions in non-production environments, coordinating with Systems Administration for promotions to Test/UAT and Production.
  • Provide production support and monitoring for deployed integrations and automations, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts including reducing technical debt, enhancing existing processes, and adopting new tools and practices.
  • This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager.
