Job Description
Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a critical leadership role within TIG as the company builds a modern, scalable finance and accounting function. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping shape the company’s future and drive achievement of its long-term goals.
This role extends beyond traditional financial stewardship. The CEO will define the vision, and the CFO will deliver fact-based insights and decision support to ensure growth is disciplined, profitable, and aligned with the company’s strategy.
With full ownership of the finance function, the CFO will translate operational performance into clear, consistent KPIs that support scalability, integration, and a future liquidity event. This individual will collaborate closely with senior leadership, the Board, and external stakeholders, often serving as the primary point of contact for financial reporting and communication.
As TIG continues to grow through acquisition, the CFO will play a central role in evaluating targets, leading integrations, and establishing the financial discipline required to meet institutional expectations. This is a hands-on leadership position for a finance executive who combines strategic thinking with a willingness to execute.
This role offers the opportunity to build, not just manage, a finance platform, with meaningful influence over how the business grows, integrates acquisitions, and creates long-term value.
