What You Will Be Doing:
As our Office Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communications: Acting as a liaison between staff and management, distributing memos, creating the quarterly e-newsletter, maintaining internal communication channels, and informing staff and management about internal events and activities.
- Event Planning: Organizing office events, luncheons, meetings, and employee activities.
- Facility Management: Ensuring office cleanliness and managing maintenance requests.
- Reception Duties: Answering phones, greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Departmental & Project Assistance: Providing support for various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Scheduling: Coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Office Supplies & Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring any shortages are addressed promptly.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinating with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Community Philanthropy: Assisting with coordinating volunteer opportunities and formalizing our community give-back programs.
- Budget Management: Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
- Technology Support: Supporting training and material development.
- Employee Onboarding: Assisting with new employee orientation and setup.
- Fleet & Parking Management: Assisting with managing the company truck fleet program and monthly parking permits.
