Extrusion Operator- $1500 Sign On Bonus in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin at SEDA North America

Seda North America is seeking an Extrusion Line Operator to join our team! If you have excellent problem-solving skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and experience in the operating plastics extrusion lines- apply here! Pay based on experience. Day Shift- Mon: 3pm-7pm Tues- Friday 7am-7pm. Seda North America is an air conditioned, exceptionally clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, which include unique insulated coffee cups and food industry containers.

Specific Duties:

• Operate extrusion equipment to create plastic sheets
• Set up machine with proper materials based on recipe
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues in real time
• Perform quality checks regularly

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Must have prior experience in thermoplastics
• Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate percentages
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or other certification a plus
• Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted and remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift
