Job Description

Senior UX Engineer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior UX Engineer in United States.

This role is centered on shaping intuitive, high-trust financial experiences for a fast-growing, tech-enabled platform in the vacation rental space. You will design and build user-facing interfaces that make complex financial and operational data clear, actionable, and reliable for both first-time property owners and professional portfolio operators. Working at the intersection of UX design and front-end engineering, you will help translate ambiguous requirements into elegant, production-ready experiences. The environment is highly collaborative, AI-forward, and product-driven, with strong emphasis on speed, experimentation, and ownership. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and data teams to define how financial information is experienced at scale. This is a hands-on role where your work directly influences user trust, conversion, and long-term platform adoption.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end financial user experiences across product tiers, ensuring clarity, trust, and usability in high-stakes financial workflows.
  • Build and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks such as React and TypeScript, with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into intuitive dashboards, reports, and interaction flows that support diverse user types.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to shape product strategy, aligning UX decisions with business goals such as conversion and retention.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on product concepts from early hypothesis to production-ready implementation.
  • Contribute to and evolve scalable design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and reusability across the platform.
  • Identify user pain points through data, feedback, and cross-functional collaboration, and proactively design solutions before issues escalate.
  • Own delivery of features end-to-end, balancing design excellence with technical execution and measurable product outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in UX engineering, product design, or front-end development within B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS architectures, combined with a strong sense of visual design and interaction detail.
  • Proven ability to design and build data-rich, complex user interfaces that simplify financial or operational workflows.
  • Experience working with financial systems or data-heavy applications, with understanding of concepts such as revenue flows, reporting, or accounting logic.
  • Advanced proficiency in AI-assisted development tools for prototyping, experimentation, and workflow acceleration.
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and translate loosely defined requirements into scalable, high-quality product experiences.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align engineering, product, and design stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on speed, quality, and measurable user and business impact.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $165,000 - $185,000 USD depending on experience
  • Annual performance-based bonus eligibility
  • Equity opportunities in the company
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, sick leave, and personal days
  • Paid parental leave and family support benefits
  • Mental health support, wellness programs, and fitness resources
  • Travel credits and discounts on vacation rental stays
  • Access to AI tools and modern development resources
  • Learning and development programs to support career growth
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance remote culture across the United States
