This role sits at the intersection of commerce media strategy, performance marketing, and data-driven optimization, with a strong focus on Amazon Search and broader retail media ecosystems. You will design and execute high-impact omnichannel campaigns that help brands grow visibility, sales, and profitability across key commerce platforms. Working fully remotely, you will partner closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into scalable, measurable media strategies. The role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, platform expertise, and client management, with a clear focus on delivering ROI-driven outcomes. You will collaborate across internal specialists and leverage advanced tools and data insights to continuously optimize performance. This is a highly strategic, client-facing position where innovation, accountability, and commercial impact are central to success.

Accountabilities:
  • Build, manage, and optimize commerce media campaigns with a strong focus on Amazon Search and related retail media platforms to drive client performance outcomes such as ROI, conversions, and sales growth.
  • Develop and execute omnichannel commerce strategies tailored to each client’s objectives, ensuring sustained growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Serve as a trusted client partner, maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication and delivering high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze cross-channel performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization across commerce media ecosystems.
  • Integrate proprietary tools and platforms into campaign execution to improve scalability, efficiency, and measurable impact.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and refine existing strategies to improve brand visibility and increase sales volume across channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and channel specialists to ensure integrated, high-performing media strategies.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution, prioritization, and timely delivery of campaign objectives.
  • Apply continuous testing and experimentation to improve performance and contribute to ongoing innovation in commerce media strategies.
Requirements:

This role requires 5–7 years of experience in commerce media, paid search, retail media, or digital media planning, with a strong focus on performance-driven campaign execution. Candidates should bring hands-on expertise with platforms such as Amazon Ads and other retail media networks, along with a strong analytical and client-facing skill set.

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing commerce media or Amazon Search campaigns with measurable performance results.
  • Strong understanding of retail media ecosystems, including platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and similar commerce networks.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret performance trends, and translate insights into actionable strategy.
  • Experience working with commerce tools and platforms (e.g., Skai, Pacvue, Helium10, Analytic Index or similar) is highly preferred.
  • Strong client management and communication skills, with experience presenting strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
  • Certifications in relevant commerce media platforms are considered an advantage.
