Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant with a strong background in clinical support, patient care, and modern dental technology. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience treating pediatric and general patients, a warm bedside manner, and a team-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assisting: Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during general and pediatric procedures, including fillings, crowns, and oral surgeries.
Digital Scanning: Utilize the iTero scanner confidently for digital impressions and treatment planning.
Patient Comfort: Prepare patients for treatments, ensure their comfort, and guide pediatric patients through a stress-free visit.
Radiography: Capture high-quality digital X-rays quickly, safely, and efficiently.
Sterilization & Safety: Clean, sanitize, and prepare treatment rooms; sterilize all dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
Documentation: Accurately update and maintain patient records within our digital charting system.

Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active experience as a dental assistant.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with iTero digital scanners and modern dental practice management software.
Certifications: Active X-ray certification and current CPR/BLS certification are required.
Core Skills: Excellent communication skills, a gentle approach with children, strong multitasking abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
Schedule: Full-time [7:45 am-5:00 pm e.g., Monday to Friday].
