  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs and internal teams, to strengthen market insight and product adoption strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, product marketing, or commercial marketing within a medical device, diagnostics, or life sciences environment (IVD experience preferred).
  • Proven experience developing and executing product marketing strategies and successful product launches.
  • Strong ability to translate technical/scientific concepts into clear, compelling commercial messaging.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, regulatory, and operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package (not specified in source) with performance-based opportunities
  • Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision insurance)
  • Retirement savings support (e.g., 401k plans where applicable)
  • Paid time off and holiday programs
  • Opportunities for global exposure, travel, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Professional growth within a science-driven, innovation-focused environment
