What We Offer
Oregon Vascular Specialists - Portland is seeking an experienced Lead Radiology Technologist to support our outpatient vascular office-based procedure center. This role combines hands-on imaging responsibilities with clinical leadership, workflow coordination, and quality oversight.
The ideal candidate is an experienced RT who thrives in a fast-paced procedural environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while helping advance departmental excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons during fluoroscopy guided vascular interventional procedures.
- Scrub and assist during office-based procedures while maintaining strict sterile technique and procedural standards.
- Manage imaging and procedure-related inventory, including ordering supplies, maintaining par levels, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring adequate stock of procedural equipment and materials.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for Radiology Technologists and Office-Based Lab staff.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and departmental workflow.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support equipment maintenance and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Current ARRT certification and Oregon State OBMI license.
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of radiology experience - preferably interventional.
- Experience in fluoroscopy, vascular, interventional radiology, cath lab, or procedural imaging preferred.
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
