About DCM Services

DCM Services is a recognized leader in deceased account recovery and estate servicing, helping financial institutions navigate the complex, sensitive process of managing accounts after a client's death. Our solutions — including agency recovery, Probate Finder OnDemand (PFOD), VERIF-ID, and Signature Service — support banks, credit unions, credit card issuers, and investment firms across the country. We combine deep industry expertise in probate, estate recovery, and collections with a client-first approach, and we're proud to partner with some of the most respected names in financial services.

About the Role

DCM Services is looking for a Senior Executive Account Manager to own and grow relationships with some of our most strategic clients in the financial services industry — including banks, credit unions, credit card issuers, and investment firms. This is a high-visibility role for a seasoned account management professional who thrives on executive-level engagement, deep industry expertise, and driving measurable revenue growth.

As the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of top-tier financial services accounts, you'll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, representing our full suite of solutions — including agency recovery, Probate Finder OnDemand (PFOD), VERIF-ID, Signature Service, and more. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy, working cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Product to deliver results that matter to our financial institution clients.

If you have a strong track record managing complex, high-value client relationships within banking, credit, or financial services — and you're ready to bring that expertise to a role focused specifically on this space — we want to hear from you.

Requirements: What You'll Do

Strategic Account Management & Client Growth

  • Serve as the primary strategic relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of top-tier financial services clients
  • Own client retention, renewal, and expansion strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across our product suite
  • Lead contract renewal strategy, fee discussions, and service-level negotiations
  • Track client revenue, profitability, and performance against targets

Client Relationship Management & Executive Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders as their trusted advisor and escalation point
  • Lead and present at client meetings, QBRs, annual reviews, and industry events
  • Communicate complex operational performance as strategic narratives at the executive level
  • Educate clients on our full capabilities and industry trends in deceased account recovery and estate servicing
  • Independently manage problem resolution and escalations

Cross-Functional Partnership & Operational Excellence

  • Partner with Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Technology to proactively manage client needs
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development on growth strategies and proposals
  • Feed client insights back to Product and Technology to influence roadmap priorities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in Salesforce

Industry Knowledge & Professional Representation

  • Stay current on competitive landscape, industry trends, and regulatory developments in financial services, collections, and estate recovery
  • Represent DCM Services at trade association meetings and industry conferences
  • Actively network within the financial services and estate recovery industries
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of progressive account management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in financial services or a closely related industry
  • Experience in collections, estate recovery, or accounts receivable strongly preferred
  • Proven success building and maintaining executive-level relationships with major financial institutions
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing revenue retention, expansion, and profitability
  • Advanced negotiation skills and contract negotiation experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
  • Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge of probate, estate recovery, deceased account servicing, and claim presentation preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
