This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Assistente Administrativo Financeiro based in Brazil.
This is a fully remote opportunity supporting essential administrative and financial operations within a collaborative technology environment.
You will contribute to daily financial routines while helping maintain accurate records, reports, and processes.
The role combines accounts payable and receivable support with broader administrative responsibilities and internal customer service.
You will work closely with the Finance team and other departments, helping ensure information flows clearly and efficiently.
The position offers exposure to financial reporting, purchasing, travel coordination, expense processing, and document management.
Strong organization, autonomy, communication, and attention to detail will be important for success.

- Support the processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial entries.
- Assist with the preparation of regular financial reports by compiling data, updating spreadsheets, and supporting preliminary analysis.
- Provide administrative and financial support to internal customers, responding to questions, resolving issues, and routing requests when necessary.
- Support general administrative activities, including correspondence management, purchasing requests, quotation gathering, document filing and organization, business travel arrangements, and expense processing.
- Assist with scheduling and reserving meeting rooms.
- Maintain a strong commitment to information security, confidentiality, and data privacy.
- Facilitate communication within the Finance department and with other areas, ensuring important information is communicated clearly and accurately.
- Manage daily activities with organization and autonomy while collaborating effectively with colleagues across different functions and levels of seniority.
- Previous experience with administrative and financial processes and routines.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets and common productivity tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling financial information and administrative documentation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with people from different departments and levels of seniority.
- Self-management skills and the ability to prioritize activities independently in a remote work environment.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and work outside your comfort zone.
- Knowledge of the Protheus ERP system is a plus.
