Banquet Server in Charlotte, North Carolina at PICC LLC

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members during events and banquets. You will work closely with the Banquet Manager and other team members to ensure that all members have a memorable experience.

What Will I Be Doing?

• Greets members and their guests in a friendly but professional manner
• Assist with event preparation including setting up banquet tables and chairs according to event specifications
• Serve food and beverages to members and their guests in a timely and professional manner
• Clear tables and clean up banquet area after events
• Ensure satisfaction of members and thier guests by checking in with them throughout the event
• Maintains cleanliness of eating areas in compliance with Health & Safety, OSHA, and EPA
• Performs other duties as needed

Do I Have What It Takes?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Banquet Server is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must have knowledge of serving techniques and protocol including proper table etiquette and setting arrangements
• Must have knowledge of state alcohol laws, RASP (Responsible Alcohol Service) and FAB (Fake, Altered and Borrowed ID specifics)
• Stays abreast of the Company’s products and services; recognizes opportunities to recommend additions/enhancements to Company products and services.
