You will also develop design leaders and teams, establish measurable UX outcomes, and raise the bar for usability, accessibility, and craft.
This is an ideal opportunity for a visionary design leader who thrives at the intersection of enterprise software, AI, sustainability, and organizational transformation.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and communicate a long-term UX strategy aligned with business objectives including user retention, adoption, AI-enabled automation, conversion, and market differentiation.
  • Establish a cohesive design direction across product areas, transforming individual experiences into a unified and scalable design framework.
  • Help evolve global design systems, information architecture, navigation patterns, processes, and workflows to provide a consistent foundation across the product ecosystem.
  • Integrate qualitative user research and quantitative data throughout the product lifecycle to inform design decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Lead the hands-on design of generative AI, LLM, agentic, and predictive-insight experiences, ensuring AI-assisted workflows are intuitive, useful, and trustworthy for enterprise users.
  • Drive interaction design, usability, accessibility, and intelligent automation across complex, data-intensive products.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering executives to ensure design strategy is deeply integrated with product architecture, technology, and business priorities.
  • Connect design initiatives to measurable UX frameworks and outcomes, such as adoption, satisfaction, usability, and other relevant product metrics.
  • Represent design in senior-level strategy discussions, translating complex technical, business, and user requirements into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboratively shape product roadmaps and influence prioritization to ensure critical user experience needs are addressed.
  • Coach and develop UX managers and individual contributors while fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, collaboration, and strong design craft.
  • Lead design reviews and critiques, maintaining high standards for visual and interaction quality, usability, accessibility, and consistency.
  • Establish efficient design operating models and measurable goals that support organizational growth and accelerate delivery.
  • Help teams adopt AI-enabled design tools, workflows, and processes to improve research, ideation, collaboration, and product development.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of product design experience, including at least 5 years in a design leadership role within a complex B2B enterprise software environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality product design, strategic problem-solving, leadership, and successful delivery of complex products.
  • Proven experience designing complex, data-heavy enterprise software or professional-grade productivity platforms.
  • Deep expertise in information architecture and navigation for high-density platforms serving diverse user roles and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI, LLMs, or agentic workflows in live products, beyond conceptual knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to evolve traditional or legacy design approaches into AI-enabled, engineering-integrated models that accelerate user research and product delivery.
  • Strong experience with enterprise-scale composable design systems and the ability to establish consistent design foundations across complex product ecosystems.
  • Experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment or leading major digital transformation initiatives within established enterprises is preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulatory, financial reporting, sustainability, or ESG environments is a plus.
  • Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance high-level product strategy with hands-on engagement in interaction design, AI experiences, and design systems.
  • Strong coaching and people leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to develop managers and individual contributors.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Reliable internet access for remote work when not working from an office.
Benefits:
  • Competitive U.S. salary: $177,000–$290,000, with actual compensation based on location, skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
  • Annual discretionary bonus opportunity.
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) granted at the time of hire.
  • 401(k) match to support long-term financial planning.
  • Comprehensive employee benefits package.
  • Remote flexibility: Employees can work remotely from locations within their country of employment or from an office.
  • Professional growth: Opportunities to lead large-scale design transformation and develop expertise in AI-enabled product design.
  • Leadership impact: Direct influence over product strategy, design systems, AI experiences, and the evolution of a global design organization.
