This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engenheiro(a) de Aplicação e Promoção - Rio Grande do Sul based in Brazil.

This is an exciting technical-commercial role focused on electrification solutions across Southern Brazil.
You will combine engineering expertise, customer engagement, and business development to identify new project opportunities.
The position involves working closely with industrial customers, engineering firms, consultants, and strategic partners.
You will promote technical solutions through presentations, demonstrations, seminars, and tailored customer support.
The role offers strong exposure to complex electrification projects and collaboration with global technical teams.
Success will depend on your ability to build trusted, long-term relationships while translating technical needs into commercial opportunities.
This is an externally focused position with significant field activity across Rio Grande do Sul.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute proactive technical-commercial promotion activities, including technical presentations, product demonstrations, seminars, and customer-specific solution development.
  • Prospect and identify new electrification projects across Rio Grande do Sul through regular customer visits, opportunity follow-up, and market analysis.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial customers, engineering firms, technical consultants, and strategic partners.
  • Promote the portfolio of electrification products, systems, and services, clearly communicating their technical value and business benefits.
  • Provide technical support to customers and partners by answering technical questions, performing electrical calculations, and supporting project development.
  • Organize and deliver technical training sessions for customers, partners, engineering offices, and other relevant audiences.
  • Support a positive customer experience throughout the technical promotion and commercial engagement process.
  • Communicate market opportunities, customer needs, and commercial strategies effectively to relevant internal stakeholders and global teams.
  • Manage administrative activities related to technical promotion, including reporting, opportunity tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with industrial customers, particularly in prospecting and developing new electrification projects.
  • Knowledge of electrical and electrification products, systems, and solutions.
  • Availability for external, field-based activities throughout Rio Grande do Sul.
  • Strong technical-commercial communication skills, with the ability to adapt presentations and explanations to customers, engineers, consultants, and partners.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term professional relationships and identify business opportunities through customer interaction.
  • Experience with technical presentations, demonstrations, or customer training is highly valuable.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Experience with automation projects is a plus.
  • Advanced English and the ability to interact with global teams are desirable.
  • An established customer network or strong professional relationships across Southern Brazil, particularly in Rio Grande do Sul, is a plus.
  • Experience supporting engineering firms, technical consultancies, and industrial end customers is desirable.
