We are seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Woodhaven, MI.

• Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities and functional tasks
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in care planning and contribute to positive patient outcomes

• Current COTA certification
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus
