Description: Assembly TechnicianLocation: Vonore, TN

We’re hiring a hands-on team member to help assemble parts, run machines, and keep things clean and organized. This job is active, fast-paced, and important to making sure high-quality parts are made safely and correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use tools and machines to build and inspect parts
• Simple troubleshooting
• Clean work areas by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down equipment
• Read and follow simple instructions using charts, graphs, and labels
• Move between different workstations (loops) as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Good hand coordination and finger dexterity
• Ability to walk 6–7 miles per shift
• Ability to stand for most of the day and do repetitive tasks
• Able to bend, twist, lift (up to 32 lbs), push, pull, and squat
• Strong attention to detail when checking parts
• Able to work full shifts, 5-7 days a week

1st shift at Plant 1 - 6:45a.m. - 3:15p.m. > Pay Rate is $16/hr
2nd shift at Plant 1 - 2:45p.m. - 11:15p.m. > Pay Rate is $17/hr
3rd shift at Plant 1 - 10:45p.m. - 7:15a.m. > Pay Rate is $18/hr

1st shift at Plant 2 - 6a.m.- 2:30p.m. > Pay Rate is $16/hr
2nd shfit at Plant 2 - 2p.m. - 10:30p.m. > Pay Rate is $17/hr
3rd shift at Plant 2 - 10p.m. - 6:30a.m. > Pay Rate is $18/hr
