The team at Bower Dental located in Red Deer, Alberta are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

At Bower Dental Centre, we practice a full scope of general and cosmetic dentistry with expertise ranging from porcelain veneers to dental implants, crowns and bridges. As a trusted dental clinic in Red Deer, we can correct a wide variety of cosmetic dental problems, and can redesign smiles.

SCHEDULE:

  • 30-35 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday with some evenings and weekends

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous experience working as a Dental Administrator is required
  • Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is an asset
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
