Customer Sales Agent- Airport in Fletcher, North Carolina at GSP Transportation

Job Summary:

The CSA greets customers and ensures a smooth car rental transaction by following all SOPs and work instructions. The CSA is responsible for offering optional supplementary products, handling phone and counter inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and guiding the customer through the rental transaction.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Handle rental car transactions to accommodate our customers
• Use effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service options
• Receive telephone calls and handle or pass along customer-related issues
• Complete, review and submit various reports to supervisor or manager
• Maintain and update rental agreement files
• Enter and maintain information in location logs
• Complete car exchange requests in computer system
• Communicate with shuttle drivers
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned or required

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Valid driver’s license
• Satisfactory motor vehicle report
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills including data entry, typing, and some experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability to complete tasks with precision, speed, and a positive attitude

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a counter, working on a computer, twisting, bending, walking, getting in and out of vehicles, driving vehicles and inspecting vehicles.
