About the Role:

The Automotive Apprentice or Entry Technician role is designed to provide foundational experience and training in automotive repair and maintenance within a professional shop environment. The primary goal is to develop technical skills through hands-on work under the guidance of experienced technicians, enabling the apprentice to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of vehicle systems. This position serves as a critical stepping stone for individuals seeking to build a long-term career in automotive technology by gaining practical knowledge of tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair procedures. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of or enrollment in an accredited automotive technology program.
