ResponsibilitiesAs Product Assurance Manager you are the mission assurance technical authority for the program, operating as an independent branch reporting to leadership. You will own the PA program end to end: the PA plan, the unit qualification review process, and supplier PA flow-down. You will own qualification readiness and the review boards, drive the reliability, EEE parts, and DPA program, and contribute the safety hazard analyses (hazardous and pressure systems, ordnance, and battery) that feed the launcher safety submission owned by the Lead Systems Engineer. You will work across every lead, our suppliers, and the customer's assurance organization to ensure the spacecraft is built and qualified to standard.
Qualifications

• 8+ years in product/mission assurance for space or high-reliability hardware and B.S. in an engineering or physical-science discipline
• Demonstrated ownership of a PA program, including PA planning, qualification, and supplier PA flow-down
• Working knowledge of reliability engineering (FMECA), EEE parts control, derating, and DPA
• Familiarity with safety hazard analysis for hazardous/pressure systems, ordnance, and batteries
• Independent, rigorous, and able to hold a qualification standard while working constructively with engineering and suppliers

Base SalaryThe base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $210,000. When determining an individual’s compensation, we consider several factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data, so pay for this role may vary from the amounts listed.
