• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV system installations
• Lead teams of 2-6 technicians effectively in accordance with company standards
• Extensive knowledge of AV equipment, large displays/video walls, and cabling
• Experience with advanced AV system configuration and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused approach and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
