ADP Workforce Now Specialist-Seattle WA-Remote in Seattle, Washington at INFO ORIGIN INC

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in ADP Workforce Now, plan configuration, and file feed integrations.

• Configure and maintain benefits, payroll, and HR plans in ADP Workforce Now.
• Build and manage file feeds using 834 EDI and CSV formats.
• Troubleshoot configuration and data integration issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors.
• Perform system testing, QA, and documentation.
• Support compliance and optimize HR system workflows.

• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Lyric
• Experience with plan configuration and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of 834 EDI, CSV file feeds, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with data mapping and system integrations preferred.

• HRIS or payroll administration background.
• Experience with HR technology implementations and compliance processes.
