IT Support Specialist in Washington, District of Columbia at Gunnison Consulting Group

Salary: $65,000 - $74,000/year

Work location: On-site, Washington, DC.

• End-user support (approx. 120 users)
• IT support inbox triage and troubleshooting
• Onboarding/offboarding support
• User training and assistance

• Help desk or Tier 2 support experience
• Strong customer service skills

Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in a Federal environment preferred

The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
