We are currently hiring a Label Operator to join a fast-paced food and beverage production team in Hendersonville, NC. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning machinery, and being part of a team that keeps production running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
Operate and monitor production label machines to ensure bottles are labeled correctly and production stays on schedule
Set up and adjust labeling equipment for different bottle sizes and production runs
Troubleshoot minor machine jams or flow issues and communicate larger concerns to the maintenance team
Perform quality checks and complete required production documentation throughout the shift
Assist with changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance of labeling equipment
Monitor bottle flow through the production line and help maintain efficient operations
Use computer systems to scan labels and enter coding information as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following food safety and quality standards
Support teammates and assist with training new employees when needed

What We're Looking For
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Comfortable working around machinery in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn automated equipment
Dependable attendance and positive attitude
Food and beverage experience is a plus, but not required
