Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance measurement of experiential marketing initiatives, ensuring every event is tightly aligned with revenue goals and customer engagement priorities.

  • Own the full lifecycle of enterprise events, including strategy, planning, execution, and post-event performance analysis
  • Define pipeline goals, target account lists, and engagement strategies in collaboration with Sales and GTM teams
  • Design and execute demand generation programs that drive qualified attendance and measurable pipeline contribution
  • Ensure end-to-end event operations, including vendors, agencies, budgets, logistics, and on-site execution
  • Build integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid, social, and partner channels to maximize event impact
  • Track and report on pipeline metrics including sourced, influenced, and accelerated deals using CRM systems
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partnerships to ensure flawless execution
  • Oversee Salesforce campaign setup, lead capture, attribution, and post-event follow-up workflows
  • Identify new revenue opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, and industry signals
  • Apply AI tools and data insights to optimize planning, execution, and performance outcomes
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in B2B experiential marketing with a strong focus on pipeline generation, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership in enterprise environments.

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B event or experiential marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology companies
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through events
  • Strong experience managing both strategic event design and hands-on execution
  • Deep understanding of demand generation principles such as ABM, segmentation, and lead conversion strategies
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce (campaign management, attribution, reporting) and marketing automation tools
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize outcomes
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with AI tools to enhance marketing workflows and decision-making is highly valued
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-changing priorities, and global collaboration environments
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site event execution
Benefits
  • Fully remote work environment with global collaboration
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and impact
  • Open vacation policy supporting flexibility and work-life balance
  • Comprehensive benefits package depending on location (healthcare, insurance, etc.)
  • Annual professional development and learning opportunities
  • Access to modern tools, systems, and AI-enabled workflows
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact global events tied directly to revenue outcomes
