Client Success Associate

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Client Success Associate in the United States.

This role plays a key part in driving client adoption, engagement, and long-term satisfaction within a fast-growing healthcare SaaS environment. You will support a portfolio of clients by ensuring they fully leverage platform capabilities to achieve measurable business value. Working closely with senior Client Success Managers, you will help execute engagement strategies, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen overall client relationships. The position requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced setting. You will act as a trusted point of contact for clients while collaborating across internal teams such as Product, Support, Sales, and Business Development. This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational expertise in client success while contributing directly to customer retention and expansion outcomes.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will support client engagement initiatives aimed at increasing product adoption, satisfaction, and retention across your assigned accounts. You will proactively monitor usage trends and performance indicators to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the platform.

You will also:

  • Proactively engage clients to drive adoption of key products, features, and enhancements.
  • Partner with senior Client Success Managers to execute account strategies and expansion initiatives.
  • Serve as a product expert and trusted resource for clients, supporting onboarding and feature adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Support, Sales, and Services to resolve client issues.
  • Identify at-risk accounts using usage data and KPIs, escalating when needed and supporting mitigation efforts.
  • Support upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  • Help ensure overall client satisfaction by maintaining consistent, value-driven communication.
Requirements

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You should be comfortable working with data, managing multiple priorities, and engaging both internally and externally to solve problems and deliver results.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in client success, account management, sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience working with SaaS or healthcare technology environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze usage data and identify trends or risks.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable supporting upsell or expansion conversations within existing accounts.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving mindset.
