Host/Cashier in Santa Maria, California at Santa Maria Group Inc

We are seeking a Host, Bussers and Cashiers to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling food, merchandise, and services in a restaurant setting in order to drive company revenue and guest satisfactions.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Buss tables once the guest have completed their meals,
• Set up dining room
• Help out with side work and cleaning

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Able to multitask
