Team Leader - Solar in Pasig at ClearSource

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven leader with strong analytical skills and a passion for coaching teams to exceed goals and deliver outstanding service.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

• Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching plans

• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to address performance gaps

• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and adherence to process standards

• Collaborate with operations, QA, training, and support teams to improve workflow and results

• Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions

• Drive team engagement and create a positive, motivating environment
  

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience supporting a US Solar account
• Minimum 6 months of Team Leader experience; BPO or Solar industry background is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred
• Sales experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and performance management skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Available to start immediately or within the next week
