About Creston Advisory LLC
Creston Advisory is a boutique mergers and acquisitions consulting firm built to support investors and operators through every phase of the transaction lifecycle. As hands-on execution partners — not just advisors — our senior-led teams embed directly with clients to drive results across due diligence, M&A integration, and divestitures and carve-outs. With over 150 transactions supported, $200M in deal synergies realized, and a 100% client retention rate, we bring precision, speed, and confidence to complex deals across industries including SaaS, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and more. At Creston, value creation doesn't happen by accident — it happens by design.
Creston Advisory is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
About the role
Creston Advisory Group advises private equity funds and strategic acquirers across the full M&A lifecycle, providing support in commercial, operational, and IT due diligence, as well as post-merger integration and value creation initiatives.
We are building out its India team and hiring a Senior Associate to support cross-border M&A transactions, primarily serving US-based private equity funds and strategic acquirers.

- Lead end-to-end standalone, synergy, IT, and commercial diligence engagement
- Identify risks, quantify synergies, and develop value creation hypotheses
- Build executive-ready materials for clients, investor and board-level discussions
- Work directly with private equity clients and senior leadership teams
Qualifications
- 3–6 years in consulting, transaction advisory, or M&A-focused roles
- Strong analytical capability and comfort with financial and operational data
- Structured thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Experience working with global or US-based clients preferred
- Flexibility to work across US time zones given the front-end, client-facing nature of the role
Compensation
Compensation will be competitive with top-tier consulting and transaction advisory firms, aligned with experience and leadership capability.
Why Creston
- High-growth opportunity as we scale the India platform
- Early ownership and direct transaction exposure
- Lean teams with meaningful responsibility
