  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing insights, feedback loops, and performance monitoring strategies across the care ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • Active and unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) license required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in education, quality assurance, supervisory, or training-focused roles.
  • Experience in telehealth, outpatient care, diagnostic services, or virtual healthcare environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards, quality assurance methodologies, HIPAA compliance, CMS/HEDIS requirements, and healthcare regulations.
  • Familiarity with HCC coding principles, MEAT criteria, and risk adjustment documentation best practices.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and feedback delivery skills with the ability to educate multidisciplinary healthcare teams effectively.
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, Google Workspace, learning management systems, and other digital collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving healthcare settings.
  • Prior experience in startup environments, utilization review, peer review, or healthcare compliance is considered a plus.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote contract opportunity within an innovative digital health environment.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, AI, and patient engagement.
  • Collaborative and mission-driven culture focused on improving healthcare accessibility and quality.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge telehealth operations and scalable clinical care models.
  • Flexible and dynamic work environment supporting autonomy and professional impact.
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to provider education, clinical excellence, and patient safety initiatives.
  • Experience working alongside multidisciplinary healthcare, operations, and compliance leaders.
