This senior role sits at the intersection of strategic account leadership, digital advertising, and data-driven growth. You will be responsible for managing high-value, complex client relationships and driving long-term revenue expansion across agency-led and direct advertiser accounts. The position requires a strong ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and influence executive decision-makers at the highest levels. You will design and execute forward-looking account strategies that deepen platform adoption and unlock new growth opportunities. Working within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, and analytics teams. This is a highly visible role where your insights and leadership directly shape client success, product direction, and overall business impact.
- Own and manage complex, high-value accounts with multiple stakeholders, ensuring strong executive-level relationships across agencies and clients.
- Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans focused on revenue growth, platform expansion, and increased data adoption.
- Lead senior-level negotiations and strategic discussions to strengthen partnerships and drive commercial outcomes.
- Identify and activate new growth opportunities, including cross-solution adoption, integrations, and pilot initiatives.
- Drive account retention by proactively identifying churn risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to new business efforts, including strategic pitches and proposal development for high-impact opportunities.
- Represent client needs internally to influence product positioning and roadmap evolution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to elevate overall team capability and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, or new business development.
- Strong background in digital advertising, AdTech, media sales, or audience/data-driven solutions.
- Proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop multi-dimensional revenue opportunities.
- Advanced strategic thinking and planning skills, with experience shaping multi-year client strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations).
- Leadership and mentoring experience within account or sales teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical capabilities.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus depending on market needs.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $114,900 to $193,000 annually, plus commission eligibility.
