Operations Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Operations Manager, Lifecycle Marketing in the United States.

This role is a hands-on marketing operations position focused on powering and scaling lifecycle marketing execution across multiple digital channels.
You will act as the operational backbone of lifecycle programs, ensuring campaigns are built, tested, launched, and optimized with precision and speed.
The position plays a critical role in translating lifecycle strategies into flawless execution across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
You will build and maintain the systems, workflows, and audience frameworks that enable personalized and compliant member communications at scale.
Working closely with lifecycle strategists, analytics, product, and engineering teams, you will ensure campaigns are data-driven and operationally sound.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in structured execution environments and enjoys optimizing processes, tools, and automation.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle campaign execution in Iterable, including journey building, campaign setup, audience creation, and multi-channel deployment across email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize audience segmentation frameworks, suppression logic, and dynamic targeting systems to ensure accurate and timely messaging.
  • Own campaign execution workflows from setup through QA, launch, monitoring, and post-launch validation to ensure consistency and accuracy at scale.
  • Develop and continuously improve QA processes covering rendering, links, tracking, targeting validation, compliance, and data accuracy.
  • Maintain lifecycle marketing infrastructure, including documentation, segmentation standards, and audience generation processes to support scalable execution.
  • Implement process improvements and automation using AI tools or scripting to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Support structured experimentation programs, including A/B testing and holdouts, aligned with defined measurement frameworks.
  • Coordinate operational execution for additional channels such as direct mail and phone outreach, including list preparation, vendor coordination, and timeline management.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution in high-volume or regulated environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Iterable, including building campaigns, journeys, segmentation, and QA processes.
  • Experience executing lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging channels.
  • Solid understanding of audience segmentation logic, data structures, and campaign measurement frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating with data and engineering teams to resolve data dependencies and improve marketing infrastructure.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build operational workflows, documentation systems, and scalable QA processes.
  • Experience using AI tools to support marketing operations and execution efficiency.
  • Nice to have: experience with direct mail or phone outreach operations and familiarity with digital health or SaaS environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $110,000 – $125,000 per year.
  • Annual bonus eligibility based on company, team, and individual performance.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan (based on eligibility).
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs.
  • Flexible PTO and paid holidays.
  • Employee assistance and mental health support programs.
  • Remote-friendly work environment within the United States.
  • Opportunity to work in a mission-driven organization focused on preventive health innovation.
