SPRINKLER CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sprinkler Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management -Sprinkler side
  • 10+ years of fire alarm installation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Mangers in all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion
  • Manage all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors
  • Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation
  • Ensure that all construction projects are completed safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Manage all field personnel for scheduling, training, and safety compliance.

Skills:

As a Construction Superintendent, you will need to have strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be the point of contact for all stakeholders. In addition, you will need to have a strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. These skills will be used on a daily basis to ensure that all construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
