You will join a high-impact engineering environment focused on building and evolving the foundational frontend platform that powers large-scale digital products used by millions of users. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure and product engineering, enabling fast, reliable, and scalable frontend development across multiple teams. You will help define and maintain shared React-based architecture, ensuring consistency, performance, and long-term maintainability. The work spans developer experience, real-time UX infrastructure, and shared application frameworks that accelerate product delivery. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product teams to improve how frontend systems are built and shipped. This is a highly strategic role where your contributions directly shape engineering velocity and product quality across the organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain shared frontend infrastructure, including reusable React-based packages and application scaffolding used across multiple teams
  • Develop and evolve frontend platform services such as real-time data delivery systems, build tooling, and performance-optimized architecture patterns
  • Improve developer experience by creating and maintaining internal tooling, CI/CD workflows, and observability systems for frontend applications
  • Lead and support large-scale migrations and upgrades across shared libraries, dependencies, and frontend frameworks
  • Collaborate with product engineers, design systems teams, and infrastructure groups to ensure scalable and consistent frontend standards
  • Participate in operational excellence activities including monitoring, incident response, debugging, and reliability improvements
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience in a SaaS or technology environment with a strong focus on frontend development
  • Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern build tools such as Webpack or equivalent bundlers
  • Experience designing and maintaining shared frontend platforms, component libraries, or cross-team frameworks
  • Solid understanding of package ecosystems, including versioning, dependency management, and migration strategies
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and frontend automation workflows
  • Strong debugging skills across complex frontend systems including build pipelines, runtime issues, and distributed UI behavior
  • Proven ability to contribute to large-scale frontend migrations or architectural transitions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple engineering and product teams
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required; sponsorship is not available
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual base salary depending on location tier:
    • Tier 1: 187,680 – 227,424 USD
    • Tier 2: 172,040 – 208,472 USD
    • Tier 3: 156,400 – 189,520 USD
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and equity awards
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage and employee benefits package
  • Flexible remote work arrangement within eligible U.S. locations
  • Opportunities for career growth in a high-scale, fast-moving engineering environment
  • Access to modern engineering tools, infrastructure, and strong cross-functional collaboration culture
  • Participation in impactful platform initiatives shaping frontend architecture at scale
