  • Train and support channel partners on product messaging, program participation, and best practices.
  • Identify high-performing partners and support strategies to scale their success within the program.
Requirements
  • Experience in channel sales, partner programs, or sales operations within a technology or B2B environment.
  • Strong background in program management, including budgeting, reporting, and operational execution.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong operational discipline and accountability.
  • Experience working with technology products or hardware ecosystems (e.g., commercial PCs, processors, or related platforms) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving partner-driven environment.
Benefits
  • Annual salary range: $80,000 – $85,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
