This role is focused on managing and optimizing a strategic channel alliance program supporting leading technology products in the commercial PC and workstation ecosystem. The Program Manager plays a key role in driving partner engagement, enabling marketing development initiatives, and ensuring effective execution of channel strategies across reseller networks. Operating in a highly data-driven and partner-facing environment, this position combines program management, business development, and analytical reporting to maximize program impact and growth. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on performance goals, MDF execution, and brand adoption strategies. It also involves translating data insights into actionable plans that improve partner performance and market penetration. With a strong emphasis on relationship management and operational excellence, this position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales enablement, technology partnerships, and program execution.
- Manage end-to-end channel program operations, including plan submissions, MDF (Market Development Fund) execution, and collection of Proof of Performance (POP) and Proof of Execution (POE).
- Collaborate with partner business managers, account teams, and resellers to drive adoption and awareness of commercial PC, notebook, and workstation products.
- Support execution of channel marketing and enablement programs designed to increase partner engagement and product utilization.
- Produce bi-weekly performance reports and monthly dashboards tracking program activity, progress against targets, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and program success.
- Lead regular performance reviews (monthly, quarterly, and annual) with internal teams and leadership.
- Analyze program data to generate insights, identify trends, and inform strategic planning and optimization efforts.
- Gather and share partner feedback, including market insights, customer sentiment, and product-related observations.
- Train and support channel partners on product messaging, program participation, and best practices.
- Identify high-performing partners and support strategies to scale their success within the program.
- Experience in channel sales, partner programs, or sales operations within a technology or B2B environment.
- Strong background in program management, including budgeting, reporting, and operational execution.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong operational discipline and accountability.
- Experience working with technology products or hardware ecosystems (e.g., commercial PCs, processors, or related platforms) is highly preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving partner-driven environment.
- Annual salary range: $80,000 – $85,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
