This leader will recruit, train, and lead a team of Business Advisors while establishing Trelevate as a dominant force in the market. You'll work directly with business owners, develop future sales leaders, and create a culture built on performance, accountability, and winning.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Build the Illinois Market
- Launch and grow Trelevate's presence in your territory
- Develop relationships with local business leaders
- Execute strategic growth initiatives
Recruit & Develop Talent
- Hire, train, and onboard up to 7 Business Advisors
- Create a culture of accountability, competition, and success
- Develop future leaders through mentorship and coaching
Lead From The Front
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners
- Demonstrate consultative sales strategies
- Coach through live field training and ride-alongs
- Drive activity, pipeline growth, and revenue performance
Deliver Results
- Achieve team revenue objectives
- Maintain high-performance standards
- Develop scalable systems and processes
- Build a championship-caliber sales organization
What We're Looking For
Proven Sales Leadership
- Experience leading, training, or developing B2B sales professionals
- History of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance
- Experience recruiting and retaining top talent preferred
