This role is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to operate at the intersection of advanced technology and high-value industrial applications. You will be responsible for developing and expanding business within the microelectronics market, including semiconductor, electronics, and related sectors. The position focuses on building long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders across a defined territory. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing accounts. Working in a highly technical and collaborative environment, you will partner closely with internal teams to solve customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions. This role offers strong autonomy, regional ownership, and the chance to make a measurable impact in a fast-evolving industry.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and order objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in the microelectronics sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to address customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking using sales metrics and tools.
  • Represent the business at customer sites, conferences, and industry events as needed to strengthen visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 4+ years of outside sales experience in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, chemicals, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to closing deals.
  • Strong background in key account management and relationship building at senior levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% within the territory, with occasional additional travel.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to meet basic physical requirements (including lifting up to 40 lbs).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, and structured sales funnel management is a plus.
