This role sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and commercial strategy, focusing on the development of high-quality technical and commercial proposals for complex energy solutions. You will translate customer requirements into competitive bids that balance technical accuracy, pricing strategy, and business objectives. Working closely with engineering, sales, and legal teams, you will coordinate the full tendering lifecycle from RFQ review to final submission. The position requires strong analytical thinking, structured project execution, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You will play a direct role in shaping winning proposals that support business growth and market competitiveness. Accountabilities
  • Review and analyze RFQs and customer requirements to assess technical and commercial feasibility.
  • Lead the preparation of bids, quotations, pricing models, and proposal documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input from engineering, sales, legal, and other stakeholders to develop complete and compliant proposals.
  • Develop and refine pricing strategies and cost models aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
  • Manage risk reviews, approvals, and compliance checks throughout the tendering process.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality submission of proposals and bid packages.
  • Support negotiation activities and follow up on bid outcomes with clients and internal teams.
  • Facilitate smooth handover of awarded contracts to project execution teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, tendering, proposals, or engineering-related commercial roles.
  • Strong ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into commercial proposals.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in structured bidding or project environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Power BI is preferred.
  • Knowledge of transformers or power delivery equipment is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative working style.
