This role is responsible for overseeing construction and service operations within a defined territory, ensuring high-quality execution, safety compliance, and strong customer satisfaction. You will act as a key link between field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders, coordinating daily operations while driving performance, reliability, and service excellence. The position involves planning work schedules, managing manpower allocation, and ensuring timely completion of repair and maintenance activities. You will play a critical role in improving service quality by reducing callbacks, monitoring field performance, and enforcing preventive maintenance practices. With a strong focus on safety and operational discipline, you will ensure adherence to EHS standards and promote a zero-incident culture. The role also requires regular client engagement, contract management, and commercial coordination to support business growth. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
- Coordinate between field employees and customers to ensure smooth daily operations, effective scheduling, and resolution of service requirements.
- Plan and allocate manpower on a day-to-day basis based on workload, callbacks, and project priorities.
- Conduct equipment surveys, preventive maintenance planning, and pre-handover inspections for new construction and modernization projects.
- Monitor service quality, reduce callbacks, and ensure timely closure of repair and maintenance orders.
- Ensure strict adherence to EHS policies, conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and promote a zero-incident work environment.
- Prepare regular performance reports, participate in safety and quality meetings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented on time.
- Manage client relationships, support contract renewals, handle negotiations, and ensure effective communication for service and commercial matters.
- Oversee material requirements, coordinate with stores, and ensure availability of resources for field operations.
- Support incident investigations, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5–8 years of experience in elevator service, construction, or field operations management.
- Strong understanding of service operations, maintenance processes, and field execution in an industrial environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage clients and field teams effectively.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to manage key accounts and high-profile customers with confidence and professionalism.
- Proactive, result-oriented mindset with strong organizational and coordination skills.
