- Familiarity with technologies such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Terraform, Helm, SNS/SQS, Prometheus, Grafana, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making skills with a pragmatic and ownership-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and build scalable foundational systems in fast-paced environments.
- Fully remote work opportunity within Europe, with optional access to modern offices and co-working spaces across multiple locations.
- Flexible working hours with a late-start option to support work-life balance.
- Private health insurance after the probation period.
- Additional paid leave dedicated to personal well-being and celebrations.
- Learning and professional development budget to support continuous growth.
- Access to mentorship programs, internal meetups, and hackathons.
- International, inclusive, and collaborative work environment with regular team-building events.
- Employee discounts on company products and personalized merchandise options.
- Apple MacBook provided as standard work equipment.
- Opportunity to work on large-scale systems with global impact alongside experienced engineering professionals.
