NIGHT Shift Parking Lot Sweeper - Conway Route (Safe driving requirements) in Greenbrier, Arkansas at B&A Property Maintenance

We are seeking a safe, professional, and values driven team member to safely clean the parking lots of our clients. This position must safely maintain and drive the sweeper truck to each property and deliver excellent service on site each night.

Primary Responsibilities:

Time: Responsible for the nightly completion of the sweeping route. Typical hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Current position is full-time.

Assets: Efficient and careful use of company equipment. Mechanically savvy enough to do basic troubleshooting of truck and equipment.

Performance Assessment: Excellent performance is defined by:

- Completing the designated tasks in the assigned timeframe, typically ranging from a couple of hours to an entire shift

- Reporting digital timesheets with pictures and notes for the company and for the client

- Communicating promptly and effectively with the PLS Manager

Technical Competencies:

1. Mechanically savvy
2. Physically fit
3. Have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and min. 1 year driving experience - CDL Not required.
4. Have reliable transportation
5. Permission to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour (dependent on skills and/or qualifications)
