Overview
This is a virtual role open to candidates working from Oregon or Washington. While the position is primarily virtual, there may be occasions when onsite work is required at a designated Legacy Health location.
All new hires are required to travel to a Legacy Health office in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date to complete a newhire health assessment and newhire paperwork. Initial training and orientation may be conducted onsite before transitioning to the remote schedule.

Manager, Supply Chain Decision Support:
Responsible for the team that ensures the reliability, integrity, and optimization of supply chain data and technology systems to enable informed decisionmaking. Provides expertise in the department’s strategic direction – especially around system / technology and data requirements - for the effective use of financial, operational, and clinical data to drive insights. This function is foundational to supply chain financial performance, contract compliance, and enterprise decision-making.
Responsible for developing recommendations, project planning, and implementation of systems / application enhancements to existing systems and the introduction of new technology that will garner further improvements and automation in supply chain solution’s operations. Focused on use of the ERP (enterprise resource planning system) as well as other Legacy standard tools.
Responsible for accurate and integrated master data (including but not limited to the item and vendor masters). Recommends and oversees the data tools, supports the creation and maintenance of KPIs / metrics and reporting used in supply chain solutions, driving standards and usage as appropriate.
Mentors and motivates staff to enhance efficiencies in performing all required duties. Drives efficiencies and automation where possible, both within the team this individual leads directly as well as to support the rest of the division where applicable from a data, technology or related training perspective. Partners with IS and other stakeholders to drive results.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, engineering, information systems or related field or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of five years’ experience as a system analyst, financial analyst, accountant, or supply chain analyst required.
- Previous experience in purchasing or healthcare supply chain preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Proven ability to manage staff directly and collaborate with others through an indirect reporting structure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, model accountability, and establish and monitor to expectations.
- Proven ability to coach staff and attend to conflict.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate, oral and written, to all stakeholders.
- Proven ability to schedule, meet, and maintain routines and preserve integrity of records.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data, assess, and initiate resolution.
- Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, research, analytics, presentation, facilitation, organization, and training.
- Proven ability to develop and implement goals and objectives.
- Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage projects.
- Understanding of ERP system(s), reporting structures, and willingness to learn and collaborate with other peers in the industry.
