- Define and execute enterprise AI strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term business priorities
- Lead the implementation and scaling of AI and Generative AI solutions across healthcare technology platforms
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, including claims processing automation, intelligent documentation systems, and customer support solutions
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and product leaders
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows
- Drive operational efficiency and process optimization through innovative AI-powered solutions
- Monitor AI solution performance, identify areas for continuous improvement, and adapt initiatives to evolving business and regulatory requirements
- Ensure all AI implementations adhere to healthcare regulations, security standards, ethical AI principles, and data privacy requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution of strategic AI programs
- Act as a senior advisor and thought leader on emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field
- 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 7 years in leadership roles managing enterprise-scale AI initiatives
- Proven success delivering AI solutions within healthcare or other highly regulated industries
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, machine learning systems, AI integration, and operational deployment at scale
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in complex enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA, CMS, and data governance practices
- Excellent project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, and strategic roadmaps
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to align technical initiatives with executive business priorities
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes through AI technologies
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities
- Competitive salary ranging from $192,000 to $275,000 USD annually, based on experience, location, and qualifications
