Accountabilities:

Define and execute enterprise AI strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term business priorities
Lead the implementation and scaling of AI and Generative AI solutions across healthcare technology platforms
Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, including claims processing automation, intelligent documentation systems, and customer support solutions
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and product leaders
Collaborate with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows
Drive operational efficiency and process optimization through innovative AI-powered solutions
Monitor AI solution performance, identify areas for continuous improvement, and adapt initiatives to evolving business and regulatory requirements
Ensure all AI implementations adhere to healthcare regulations, security standards, ethical AI principles, and data privacy requirements

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field
15+ years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 7 years in leadership roles managing enterprise-scale AI initiatives
Proven success delivering AI solutions within healthcare or other highly regulated industries
Strong expertise in Generative AI, machine learning systems, AI integration, and operational deployment at scale
Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in complex enterprise environments
Deep understanding of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA, CMS, and data governance practices
Excellent project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, and strategic roadmaps
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to align technical initiatives with executive business priorities
