Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in executive search strategy, stakeholder management, and complex global hiring initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of international recruitment practices and experience operating within distributed or remote-first organizations.
  • Advanced negotiation skills, particularly in executive compensation, equity structures, retention packages, and buyout scenarios.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging market insights, talent analytics, and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and decision-making.
  • Passion for innovation and interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to modern recruiting practices and talent acquisition workflows.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust quickly with senior executives and high-profile candidates.
  • Strong resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced and evolving business environments.
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equitable hiring practices.
Benefits:

  • Equity and performance-based compensation opportunities.
  • Collaborative and inclusive company culture that values innovation, learning, and professional growth.
  • Opportunities to work with global leadership teams and influence strategic organizational decisions.
  • Supportive environment that encourages diversity, authenticity, and continuous development..
