- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to their needs.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate tracking and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and service level expectations consistently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive upselling and retention.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to support customer needs and improve outcomes.

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or related roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently and accurately.
