The position plays a critical role in aligning client expectations with operational execution while maintaining quality, cost, and timeline objectives. You will also act as a key client-facing representative, managing relationships and ensuring strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, design coordination, execution, and completion phases.
• Build and manage project teams, defining governance structures, roles, and operational workflows.
• Establish project objectives, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans to achieve successful outcomes.
• Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, quality standards, and financial targets.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, including clients, investors, authorities, and internal teams.
• Facilitate negotiations, approvals, and regulatory interactions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive client relationship management, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and repeat business opportunities.
• Represent the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and stakeholder engagements.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant property, engineering, construction, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in design, construction, and project management.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and balance multiple priorities.
